I had my Old Years post all planned out in my head about how the past few years have been a bit bumpy what with one thing and another but I don’t want to look back I want to look forward. I don’t know what the future holds but one thing I do know is the New Year is a time for hope. Hope for better things, hope for a brighter, kinder world, hope that maybe the human race will finally fulfil it’s potential. Big dreams & hopes I know and yes I may will be disappointed but what is life without hope.
Now you may know I have an important review coming up and yes it does feel a bit like the Sword of Damocles is hanging above me.
But I will deal with this review the same as all the others, I will be wearing killer heels, with full make up on and looking the very best I can. I will get the news in plain language and leave. I will come home and digest it for a couple of days, weighing up the options and then I will decide what route I will take and only then will I tell my loved ones. Then life will go on, it doesn’t matter whether it is weeks, months or years life will carry on regardless much as usual. Days filled with love, joy, amazing people in my life, awesome furbabes, and the most loving, worrisome, aggravating, annoying, perfectly WONDERFUL family a woman could wish for and a man who is all of those things and more.
This is for them
I may have had a rough few years health wise but thats nothing compared to what my family and loved ones have gone through and many other familys who have had to sit by not able to do anything. I feel so blessed to have such amazingly wonderful people in my life. My loved ones ( yes my furbabes too )weave threads of gold throughout my life in so many ways and for that I am eternally grateful, my life's tapestry is full of shining threads weaved by so many truly wonderful people, family, friends, furry ones and yes even some who are no longer in my life for what ever reason.
I wish you all A 2011 full of Joy, Peace, Happiness, Good Health, Hope and most of all FULL OF LOVE.
