My Brave and Wonderful Boy

has crossed the Rainbow Bridge today, he was amazing and I stayed with him and held him close in my arms. I whispered in his ear , telling how much I loved him and how proud and honoured I was to be his Mom, he looked up at me as if to say ‘Yeah it has been da most kewl time eva Momster n I do luvs yu too’. I don’t have any more words today to express how I am feeling right now but I can see it was a very peaceful and tranquil crossing and now he and Molly are together at last.

With Love

  1. Oh dear Tea and Steve, I sit here trying to type through the tears.
Richie is at peace now and we are here to support you. He touched our lives just as Sweet Molly did and we will always remember him.
Rest dear Richie, we love you!

  2. He could not have been loved any more than he was by you and Stevie. You gave him a fantastic last year and he couldn't have asked for more. You cared for him and gave him what he needed and wanted. Even though it is difficult to lose a friend, he went knowing love.

  4. We are so sorry for the loss of Richie. We have grown very fond of him and Ronnii the last few months that we have gotten to know him. We know that Richie is running free of pain. We will keep you and your family in our thoughts and prayers. Please give Ronnii some extra snuggles for us because we know he probably needs them. Sniffs, The HoundDogs

  6. You're all in our thoughts and prayers today... we're so very sorry to hear the news of Richie. He was a special, fighting boy. I'm glad he's with Molly and I'm sure he delivered her an extra special kiss just from you. Thank you for giving him such a wonderful life while he was with you. Corbin will get an extra special treat tonight to celebrate Richie's life.

  8. Tea, you were such a wonderful momster to Richie. You were both so lucky to have each other! I can imagine how hard it was to help him cross the bridge but what an amazing comfort I'm sure that was for him. Your post and Richie's are so beautiful. We're crying along with you and hope you can feel our love and support across the distance between us.

    Hugs,
    Jill and Zona

  10. What a beautiful tribute to a beautiful boy. We are so very sorry for your loss and our heart is breaking for all of you. It sounds like Richie was ready, but that doesn't make it any easier ... What a wonderful home you gave him - he was a lucky boy and I know he will always watch over you. He is with Molly now and I hope that gives you some comfort.

  13. Richie is with Molly now and they are both watching over you from above. We have come to feel very close to Richie over the last few months and it just doesn't seem right that he has left. Maybe he will continue to stay in touch from the Bridge once in a while.

Richie will be forever safe in your heart until you meet again one day.

  19. We are so sad to hear that Richie has gone to the Bridge! Mama is crying right now cuz, even though we know Richie is happy there, she knows what it is like to lose a doggie, as she went through it twice already with our big sisters. We know the whole Internet fell in love with Richie and he will be missed by everyone! :*(
