    Oh poor baby.
    Maybe the judge should "forget" the rules about being lenient on the drunk who did this. When was the last time your dog did not jump up to greet you as you returned to a vehicle? How does one (actually 2 adult humans) "forget" where you left your dog? Unexcusable.
